Behind the Brand
Hi, I’m Victoria—movement teacher, mentor, mother, and the heart behind La Coterie.
I’ve spent the last 15+ years guiding people through thoughtful, effective movement. My path to Pilates began after leaving a corporate career in event management. What started as a personal passion evolved into a lifelong calling: helping others feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies.
I’ve co-owned two brick and mortar locations and spent years building that vibrant community. I taught full time, mentored dozens of instructors, and helped shape a brand known for integrity and excellence. Now, with La Coterie, I’m creating something even more personal—especially for women like me who are navigating the powerful transitions of midlife.
I’m certified in BASI Pilates, NASM personal training, and TRX suspension training. But what truly defines my teaching is intuition, empathy, and a deep respect for the body’s natural intelligence—especially during times of change.
La Coterie isn’t just a studio. It’s a community of women supporting women, of structure and softness, of grit and grace. Whether you’re returning to movement, redefining your strength, or simply looking for a place that gets you—I’m so glad you’re here.
