Introducing Build
Our Build class blends Pilates precision with strength training to help you get stronger, sculpted, and more confident. Each week follows the same format so you can really focus on building those muscles, and then the next week, we switch it up to target new ones.
We recommend taking Build 3 times a week, and mixing in reformer classes, walks, or hikes in between for the perfect balance of strength and recovery.
Whether you’re new to weights or already lifting, Build gives you the challenge and structure you need — all in a supportive, community-driven space.
Our Services

Tone: Reformer & Props (bands, weights, circles oh my!) for added strength and sculpting.

Our signature reformer class. Expect a balanced, full-body workout that adapts each week with or without props, depending on your instructor’s design.

Ignite A high energy fusion class of reformer & tradtional HIIT. The teacher may or may not use the jumpboard, but there will be heart pumping intervals either way!

Sculpt and strengthen with targeted dumbbell exercises, then finish with dedicated ab work to fire up your core. A straightforward, powerful class designed for results.

Take your practice to the next level. This class moves at a quicker pace with more complex sequences, recommended for clients who have completed at least 10 reformer classes.

Perfect for first-time Pilates clients, this class introduces you to the fundamentals of reformer Pilates in a supportive, approachable setting. You’ll learn proper form, alignment, and breathwork while building strength, stability, and confidence on the reformer. With a slower pace and hands-on guidance, Foundations sets you up for success — giving you the tools to safely transition into our dynamic group classes.

Designed with active agers in mind, Longevity is a supportive and restorative class that focuses on improving mobility, balance, and strength at every stage of life. Perfect for those recovering from injury, living with joint replacements, or simply looking for a safe yet effective way to stay active.
